Features
The drum width of this cylinder heat transfer printing machine is 1.7 m, the transfer printing width is 1.55 m, and the matching dye-sublimation printer width is 1.6 m. Its transfer speed is 80 to 100 meters per hour in a straight line. If it is an ordinary dual-head printer, it needs about 3 printers to match it.
Simple operation: Press the "blanket enter" button, the blanket will automatically enter the position and stop, then you can press the "start" button, and then adjust the speed and temperature. If there is an operation error, you can use the "drum forward / reverse" switch on the panel, or press the "stop" button. (the blanket will be automatically removed immediately after pressing the emergency stop).
Back-up spare parts: It not only has a spare fuse, but also a spare thermocouple installed on the machine for quickly replacing.
Employed high quality libricating oil: All bearings of the calendar heat press are coated with high temperature resistant high quality lubricating oil before delivery. However, in order to ensure the bearing life of the machine, the user needs to add lubricating oil to the machine regularly according to the frequency of use of the machine.
High efficiency: In order to improve operator's transfer efficiency and save fabric or protective paper, the machine is designed with two sublimation paper rollers. So that operator can install the other roll of sublimation paper during the transfer process of the machine. When one roll in use has been transferred, the other roll can be used immediately.
